Echo cardiogram

My sweet little Dalton had another Echo cardiogram yesterday. He did very well laying there for the technician. It's always stressful to watch your baby uncomfortable and unhappy and thank goodness he was comfortable and didn't move around a lot. Before each appointment, I become very nervous. You never know what news they will tell you based on the results from the exam. This journey in our lives has been extremely difficult and this is just the beginning of many more beautiful years to come with our precious Dalton. It's just difficult as a parent to watch your baby have to go through so much. The results concluded that the previous scare tissue is no longer present and that his pulmonary artery is still narrow. The pediatric cardiologist explained again that he may need a stint. If that becomes the case, then we count our blessings that it is all we have to worry about. For the Mommies and babies who are in any similar situation, have hope and faith. It's extremely difficult, but having a little one to hold, to wake up to, and to kiss, is all worth it. Please keep Dalton in your prayers.
